1. Scope of the service

OlimSpace provides paid access to moderated WhatsApp communities and professional recruitment services for employers hiring in Israel. Access is granted per group and per billing period selected at checkout.

2. Payments and billing

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in Israeli new shekels and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Group subscriptions renew only if you choose to renew them; recurring billing is disclosed before payment.

3. Refunds

Group subscription fees are non-refundable once access to a group has been activated. HR recruitment fees are non-refundable once the recruitment process has started.

4. Third-party platforms

WhatsApp and Meta are independent platforms. OlimSpace is not responsible for restrictions, bans or policy changes imposed by Meta or WhatsApp on your account.

5. Acceptable use

Spam, harassment, discriminatory job postings and the resale of group access are prohibited and lead to removal without a refund.

6. Recruitment outcomes

OlimSpace delivers a defined recruitment process — sourcing, screening and interview coordination. We do not guarantee a specific number of hires.

8. Advertising other groups

Advertising your own or competing WhatsApp/Telegram groups inside an OlimSpace community — in posts, replies or private messages to members — is prohibited. Breaking this rule leads to a penalty or to immediate cancellation of the subscription. In either case the fees already paid are not refunded.
