1. Data we collect

Account details (email, company name, contact person, phone, country, VAT number, website), order and subscription records, and support messages you send us.

2. Why we process it

To provide group access and recruitment services, to issue invoices, to send service notifications about your subscriptions, and to meet accounting obligations.

3. Payment data

Card details are collected and stored by Stripe. OlimSpace never sees or stores your full card number.

4. Processors we use

Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments and invoices), Resend (transactional email), Google Sheets (internal order register) and Vercel (hosting).

5. Retention

Account and billing records are kept for as long as required by applicable accounting law. Support messages are kept for 24 months.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time by writing to support@olimspace.com.
